Summer Walking Group

Looking for a simple way to be active? Walking is a great way to get moving and improve your overall health!

The many benefits of going for a simple walk may surprise you. Walking can help you maintain a healthy weight, lower blood pressure, cholesterol and your risk for diabetes, strengthen your bones, reduce joint pain, alleviate depression and fatigue and so much more! 

 

Join our summer walking group and each week a leader will guide you through the beautiful trails behind Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital. Feel free to stick with the walk leader or go at your own pace. Consider bringing a friend or family member to help keep each other motivated! 

 

WHEN: 

Every Tuesday, June 8th through July 13th 

Meet and 3:30 PM 

 

WHERE: 

Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital trail head 

(Take the service road around to the back side of the clinic & hospital. Park in the lot near the loading docks.)
